Liam M. Kinne Memorial Open

We at The LMK Foundation wanted to make a few exciting announcements regarding the strength and support we have received from both private generosity and corporate sponsorship.

First and foremost we would like to thank the Vanderhoof family for their selfless generosity. This year, for their daughter's 1st Birthday they requested that in lieu of gifts her friends and family donate to The LMK Foundation. In all, over $500 dollars was raised and will go a long way towards our mission in 2016. Thank you!

Second. We would also like to announce that VNA Homecare of Syracuse, NY has signed on again as the event sponsor for the 2nd Annual LMK Memorial Open! VNA Homecare the premier home and community-based care system for the regions they serve. As an Oneida County Physical Therapist for this agency for the past 18 months, I would like to personally say that everyday working for and with the people of this organization has been a complete blessing. To the management, office staff, and fellow clinicians it's been an honor to work with and get to know each and everyone of you.

Third. We would like to announce a temporary change of date for this year's LMK Memorial Tournament. It was our hope to have this tournament every year on Father's Day weekend to give fathers, family, and friends alike the opportunity to spend that weekend together as a community. Our goal will be to return to this weekend - for every year that follows. However, we thought it would be best to try something new this year so that all of the people that we care most about would have the opportunity to be part of something that was truly inspirational last year. And so, we would like to announce that this year's LMK Memorial Open will be held on Saturday, July 9th at Rome Country Club.

Lastly, our goal this and every year is to make each tournament more successful than the last. And so for this year, we would like to announce that we are creating a Golf Committee and a volunteer committee for this years LMK Memorial Open.
