Dr. Jeffrey M. Kinne, DPT
Liam’s father and founder of The Liam M. Kinne Foundation, Inc., Jeff enlisted in the United States Army Reserve in 2001 as a medic and a physical therapy specialist. In 2007, he graduated from SUNY Cortland and was deployed to Tikrit, Iraq as a non-commissioned officer – a position for which he continues to serve. In 2013, Jeff received his doctorate in physical therapy from Utica College, and is currently working as a physical therapist for VNA Homecare of Syracuse, NY.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys being active. If he’s not weight training at the gym, preparing for a road race, Olympic triathlon, or Tough Mudder you can find Jeff biking, hiking, kayaking, golfing, camping, or spending time with his family.
Ryan D. Blehar, MSM
Ryan Blehar has over 10 years experience managing and overseeing projects in the not-for-profit world and is an expert in HRIS and recruitment & retention. He is currently employed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Nascentia Health located in Syracuse, NY. Prior to his current role, Ryan held the title of Project Development Manager where he oversaw all major projects at the organization. Ryan recently graduated from Keuka College with a Master’s of Science in Management and is currently working towards obtaining his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI. Ryan is currently serving on the Liam M. Kinne Foundation’s Board of Directors as the Treasurer, is on the Liam M. Kinne Memorial Open Golf Committee and is the Web Site Administrator for the organization.
Ryan has been married to his beautiful bride Rose for over 12 years and has 6 boys ranging from ages 11 yrs to 1 year old. His interests include golfing, camping, doing volunteer work and spending time with his family.
Michael P. Blehar, MSM
Michael brings over ten years experience with him from the financial industry and is currently employed by AXA as a senior analyst for the disbursements team where he assists with process improvement and training. He graduated with a Master's of Science in Management from Keuka College in 2014. Michael is currently serving on the Liam M. Kinne Foundation's Board of Directors as the Secretary and is also a current member of the Liam M. Kinne Memorial Open Golf Committee.
Michael has always been a native of upstate NY. He currently resides in Oneida with his 2 boys, his girlfriend Crystal, 2 cats and a dog. Michael has always had an affinity for animals and the natural world. When not working he and his family enjoy hiking, camping, and going on bike rides. On top of working full time and enjoying time with his family he is also a co-host of a podcast radio show.
Matthew Knapp
Matt is the newest member of our Board of Directors at The Liam M. Kinne Foundation. He brings several years of experience of project management and IT Administration. Matt is currently employed as an IT Administrator at Madison-Oneida County BOCES. Matt has been a great addition to the LMK Board of Directors and we look forward to all the experience he brings along with him.

Matt has lived in the Sherrill, NY area for most of his life and has two beautiful children and 2 dogs. When Matt isn't working or volunteering he loves to watch his 49ers, golf and spend time with his family and friends.
Adam Berdanier
Adam joined The LMK Foundation Golf Committee in 2016 and has now accepted a position with the foundation as one of the Board of Directors. Adam is currently employed at All Seasoning where he's been the past 6 years. Adam is also a member of the Owls Nest in Oneida where he currently cooks and has held the positions of Treasurer and Warden. Adam has many years experience fundraising and helps organize the Owl's annual golf tournament. Adam is currently overseeing the fundraising aspect of The Liam M. Kinne Memorial Open and helps in many other facets of the organization.
Adam is a life long resident of the VVS/Oneida area; growing up in Sherrill, NY and currently residing in Oneida, NY. When Adam is not working or volunteering he enjoys spending time with his fiance; Cathryn, his two boys; Logan & Landon and his dog; Harley. He also enjoys football, snowmobiling and golfing.
