Benefit FAQs

1) What can we do with completed baskets?

  • Drop it off at Nascentia Beeches Manor the day of the event. We’re kindly asking anyone who decides on this option to have them dropped off between 11a-12p day of the event with 1pm being the absolute drop off deadline.

  • Someone from our volunteer group can pick it up the week of the event (our foundation has agreed the week of is the only viable option for us as we all have families, jobs, sports, etc.). We would just need the address and number of the basket maker to setup a time to pick them up.

 

  • If the basket maker wants to drop it off, they can anytime, day or night at our Headquarters in Sherrill which is 615 W. Hamilton Ave. We’re just asking those who choose this option to place the baskets out back (not on the front porch) with their name and a description of their basket (printed from a computer if possible).

2) Do I need a physical ticket to enter the event?!

  • If you bought a physical ticket you will need it to enter the event as we are not tracking those who bought physical tickets.

  • If you did not buy a physical ticket but paid via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal we will have a guest list that tracks all those who pre-registered and/or paid in advance.

3) Do I have to pay in advance to go to the event?

  • No, we are actually not making it a requirement to buy tickets or pay in advance of the event. However, we are asking if you're not going to pay in advance that you pre-register by clicking the 'Pre-Registration' button below. 

4) Can I write a check? If so who should I make it out to?

  • Yes we do accept checks, they should be made out to 'The Liam M. Kinne Foundation' and in the memo line "Roberts Benefit - Tickets" or  "Roberts Benefit - Donation".  You can either send them to our HQ (615 W. Hamilton Ave, Sherrill, NY 13461) or bring them and pay day of event.

5) Do you accept electronic payments?

  • Yes, we accept both PayPal and Venmo (QR codes above) or Venmo: @the-lmk-foundation | PayPal: jmkinne@thelmkfoundation.org (please ensure you select friends/family). We are also allowing payments for raffle tickets and event tickets day of via electronic payment as well.

6) I can't make the event, can I still "buy tickets" or make a donation?

  • Yes, we have a DONATIONS page where as long as you have a debit/credit card you can make a donation.  You can also send money via Paypal or Venmo or send donations checks to our HQ (address above).
